Ukraine claims it has pressured the Russian Peninsula, ITV News’ Ian Woods reports Ukraine’s military claims it has launched a major counteroffensive to retake the Russian-held region of Kherson. Russia occupied the city and the surrounding area in the first days of the invasion. But in recent weeks Ukraine has launched a series of attacks aimed at cutting off Russian forces there from key supply routes. Kherson is the largest Ukrainian city occupied by Russian forces, and reports of Ukrainian forces preparing a counteroffensive there and elsewhere in the region have been circulating for weeks....
